Hawaii and Alaska


For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $35 and over and $6.95 for orders over $35. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, or Alaska.


Puerto Rico


We ship to Puerto Rico via our 1-3 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Puerto Rico.


APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses


Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations make take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $35 and over, and $6.95 on orders under $35. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.


Parcel Forwarding Services


If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Kocolabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
