Shipping & Handling

Due to the ongoing health crisis COVID-19/Coronavirus, some customers may experience delays in shipping times. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. We are working hard to ensure your safety, while still getting your items to you, and appreciate your patience during this time. We have implemented every health and safety measure recommended by the CDC to promote a safe environment in our warehouses, while also protecting our valued customers. At times, these increased safety measures might mean that fewer orders are processed in the usual time, and we greatly appreciate your patience if this should result in a delay in your shipment.

Below are the shipping method options and costs. Please refer to your order notifications for the most up-to-date information.

Note: All our products are being shipped from the East Coast. Standard shipping will take 2-3 business days for orders to the east coast, mid-west, and southern destinations, and will take 3-4 business days for orders to the west coast.

Hawaii and Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) and UPS standard shipping, and UPS 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $35, and based on weight for 2 day shipping, 1 day shipping, and orders under $35. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, or Alaska.
Puerto Rico
We ship to Puerto Rico via our USPS (priority) and UPS standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Puerto Rico.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations make take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $35 and over, and $5.95 on orders under $35. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Kocolabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
